Because Insurance Care is not an insurance provider or underwriter, we do not collect insurance premiums or issue refunds. All insurance policies, premium payments, and coverage terms are governed solely by the matched partner carrier or broker you choose. Most carriers provide a standard "free look" review period (often 10 to 30 days) during which you can cancel your policy for a full refund of any paid premium, provided no claims have been filed.
